Returns & Exchanges

At Au Vodka, we strive to ensure every bottle arrives in perfect condition; however, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any bottles where the security seal has been broken.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your unopened Au Vodka products in their original luxury gold packaging and outer shipping box to prevent breakage.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
